I am an ESL teacher but have flexible hours which of course means that I'm flexible enough to take very good care of your place. I only have a few very close friends so you certainly wouldn't have to worry about rowdy gatherings, etc. If there are any pets to be taken care of, I'm animal friendly (regardless of species) and often take care of friends' and family's dogs, cats, fish, etc.

I am 29 years old. I have lived on the northern beaches all my life. I attended Brigidine ladies college St Ives and finnished the HSC in 1998. I attended a business course at June Daly-Watkins - Business finnishing School in the CBD which I finnished in 1999. I have worked as a Receptionist in different areas since. I went travelling around Europe in 2005 for four months. I moved out of home at the age of 26, when my parents retired up to Lake Cathie on the mid north coast at the end of 2006.
Since leaving home I have lived in two different Houses, two town houses and a unit. I had a six months lease with L J Hookers in Mona Vale. Which ended due to the Landlord wanting to move back in. I shared a Town house in Mona Vale with a friend which we both had reference checks for but only she took on the lease. The other accomodation were in a share situation. I have references for all the places I have lived.
I have looked after the houses I have lived in when the owners have been away and taken care of their pets two small dogs and a cat in one house and two large dogs in another house. Also I have had pets all my life so am very responsible and great at taking care of them.
I am great at cleaning and have done some cleaning work. I am very considerate of neighbours and get along with most people. I will treat your home as my own, more importantly as it were the Lord's house. I consider myself to be very mature, respectable citizen and I'm sure you would find my work and character witnesses would agree.

Frank is a retired educator, Joan is a beauty therapist. We are animal lovers with a green thumb. We are both lifelong pet owners, german short haired pointer, rhodesian ridgeback, staffy, border collie; moggie and persian cats; rabbits, tortoise, ducks and also goats! So we understand the joy and responsibilities that come with them.
Recently sold our home of 20 years and are experienced in maintaining home and garden. We look forward to caring for your property and pets.
Our preference is longer term sits such as 3 months or longer, but are open to discussing short term arrangements. We prefer quiet and private neighborhoods near nature walks, but are open to discuss all situations, so please consider us.
